Following soil and foliar fertilizers/compounds will be tested in the second phase of the project

Fertilizers for the Soil Applications:

i) MESZ from Mosaic Company containing 12 % N; 40 % P₂O₅, 10 % S ve 1 % Zn (applied at 2 rates with and without foliar Zn applications)
ii) Korn-Kali from K+S Kali containing  40 % K₂O; 6 % MgO; 1.5 % Zn
iii) Zn-HBED from ADOB containing 2.3 % Zn 
iv) Urea-Zn containing 1 % Zn containing urea. 
v) ZnSO₄.7H₂O

Fertilizers/Compounds for Foliar Spray

i) OMEX-Type-II and Type III  from OMEX Agrifluids containing 27.4 % and 14.8 % Zn, respectively
ii) Kali-EPSO-Zn  from K+S Kali containing 5 % Zn 
iii) Zn-IDHA from ADOB containing 10 % Zn
iv) Brexil from Valagro  containing 10 % Zn
v) Antracol  from Bayer Crop Science containing 20 % Zn
vi) ZicRon-F  from FBSciences containing active 6 % Zn 
vii) ATP-Foliar Zinc Compound
viii) ZnSO₄.7H₂O

In addition to the treatments mentioned, i) the most commonly applied fungicide or insecticide in a given target country will be also tested and sprayed together with Zn, and ii) seeds differing in Zn concentrations will be examined for their effect on seedling vigour and yield.
